Justin C. Huynh is a Community Health Educator I at the Division on Addiction, Cambridge Health Alliance. He joined the Division in February 2026. He contributes to the development of grant proposals for capacity building and outreach activities, works with capacity building specialists at the Division to create and execute plans to increase awareness of addiction-related health issues across New England, and conducts in-person and multi-media trainings for health providers and community groups. Mr. Huynh supports Cambridge Health Alliance Readiness for Gambling Expansion (CHARGE) initiative activities and is a content manager and writer for The BASIS (The Brief Addiction Science Information Source) research blog. He is involved in several grant-funded projects, including Responsibility, Research, and Resources: Plan for Responsible Gambling Activities.
Mr. Huynh graduated with his Master of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2025. He received his Bachelor of Science in Public Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2022.
