Evaluating and Enhancing GameSense: Public Health, Social Science, and Business Perspectives

The goal of this study is to evaluate the GameSense program as implemented throughout MGM Resorts International properties in North America. GameSense is a branded responsible gambling program that includes both customer and employee facing components. Using MGM’s multi-property portfolio, this study will assess the safety, reach, and effectiveness of the MGM-GameSense program and complete a comparative analysis of the imposed (i.e., GameSense managed by entities external to MGM) and integrated (i.e., GameSense managed by MGM) models of GameSense.
