Scarvel Harris joined the Division on Addiction, Cambridge Health Alliance, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital in April 2011. At the Division, he served as a Programmer/Data Analyst/IT manager for various programming and IT related projects. In these roles, he has served as a programmer for the CARS project, Data Analyst for data that have been collect from the CARS project, Division website development, maintenance, and various roles as it relates to Information Technology and the Division. In January 2017, Mr. Harris transitioned to Consultant, focusing primarily on the CARS project. He graduated from Harvard University in 2006 with a Master Degree in IT with a concentrate of Software Engineering.
